Glooscap First Nation Health and Healing Centre seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. You will provide assessments, health education, clinical interventions, referrals, and follow-up within professional scope. The position supports Glooscap First Nation members through health promotion, prevention, and community-focused care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing assessments, screenings, education, interventions, and follow-up
Support immunization and communicable disease prevention activities
Manage chronic disease education, adherence, and referrals
Coordinate appointments, home visits, clinics,



and outreach
Recognize mental health concerns and coordinate appropriate supports
Requirements: Current NSNMR registration as an RN or LPN
Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of health promotion and chronic disease management
Understanding of culturally safe, trauma-informed healthcare
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
