The Supervisor will help establish and manage a licensed program for preschool-age children on Matthews Hall’s campus. Responsibilities include understanding Ministry of Education licensing standards, completing administration, and communicating with families. Strong leadership, organization, and care oversight are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Understand Ministry of Education licensing standards
Ensure ongoing document compliance with required standards
Manage preschool operations and administrative requirements
Liaise effectively with parents and children




Provide leadership aligned with Matthews Hall’s vision
Requirements: ECE Diploma with College of ECEs membership
Two years’ supervisory or administrative daycare experience
Detailed CCEYA compliance knowledge and experience
Public Health and Fire Safety Standards experience
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Support a recent preschool program through leadership, compliance, family communication, and consistent administrative oversight at Matthews Hall.
