This full-time Manulife role conducts lifestyle and medical interviews supporting underwriting for individual life and critical illness insurance applications. You will gather sensitive information, provide customer service, protect confidentiality, and address concerns professionally. Shifts run Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth lifestyle and medical interviews
Support underwriting for insurance applications
Elicit personal and medical information tactfully
Manage workload accurately and efficiently
Protect confidential information and address customer concerns
Requirements: Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience
Accuracy under time constraints
Solid spelling, grammar, and communication skills
Professional customer service abilities
