As a Membership Sales Associate, you will introduce interested consumers to the OTF concept and explain the studio experience. The work includes front desk service, studio tours, membership sales, prospect follow-up, and concern resolution. You will also coordinate with trainers and support marketing events.
Key Responsibilities: Present Orangetheory Fitness concepts to prospective consumers
Conduct tours that introduce the studio setting
Guide introductions alongside trainers before first workouts
