Uline is hiring a full time Collections Analyst for its Milton location, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Fluent verbal and written bilingual communication is required. The position connects customer account management with accurate records and cross-functional work across Credit, Customer Service, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned portfolios of customer accounts
Build customer relationships through phone and email
Find root causes of unpaid balances
Develop payment solutions with customers
Coordinate efforts to reduce aging and bad debt
Requirements: Fluent French and English verbal communication
Fluent French and English written communication
High school diploma or equivalent
One-plus years’ collections experience preferred
Strong customer-focused communication skills
Support Uline’s account recovery goals with French bilingual fluency, accurate documentation, and strong customer communication skills.
