As a Clerical Associate with SaskTel’s SecurTek Tech Support, you will resolve customer and dealer concerns about alarm system operation. Analyze, diagnose, and test systems using various applications while following procedures, industry best practices, and manufacturer documentation. The position also supports new services and equipment testing.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to dealer and customer alarm system correspondence
Troubleshoot installation and operating system malfunctions
Upload and download alarm panel software programming
Document inquiries, tests, emergencies,



and actions taken
Maintain accurate monitoring account information and dispatch procedures
Requirements: Two technology post-secondary classes or two years’ technical experience
General knowledge of security products or services
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of computer hardware and software
Successful completion of prescribed training
Apply technical troubleshooting, alarm system analysis, and communication skills supporting SecurTek customers and dealers for SaskTel in Yorkton.
