Lev Senior Living seeks a compassionate ADOC with prior leadership experience for its Bridlewood Lane care setting. This full time, permanent position supports the Director of Care while serving residents through assessments, care planning, customer service, and staff education. The schedule includes 75 hours biweekly and every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities: Complete resident care plans and required assessments
Participate in care conferences and multidisciplinary teams
Provide health education to residents and staff
Administer medications and provide personal care using lifts
Respond to resident concerns and needs
Requirements: Current RPN registration in positive standing with CNO
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Medication administration skills using eMar
Supervisory and leadership skills
Required experience using lifts
Bring RPN registration, resident advocacy, and organized leadership to Lev Senior Living’s Assistant Director of Care team.
