Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Ltd is hiring an Alberta-certificated teacher for its support services team. The 10-month contract may extend or renew annually. You will work with classroom teams, families, therapists, educational assistants, and other professionals to support each child’s success.
Key Responsibilities: Write individualized plans for children’s developmental goals
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary support partners
Coordinate with classroom teams and support staff
Build trusting relationships with children and caregivers
Prepare IPPs, transition plans, and referrals
Requirements: Bachelor of Education and Alberta Teaching Certificate
Passion and experience in inclusive education
Understanding of neurodiversity and strengths-based practice
Robust communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Flexible, team-first approach to dynamic environments
Bring inclusive education, IPP writing, and collaborative support skills to children’s individualized learning journeys.
