Design and support high-quality ServiceNow platform capabilities remotely across Canada, collaborating with stakeholders on workflows, integrations and technical delivery.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will address complex requirements and recommend reusable ServiceNow solutions. Your work spans platform applications, modules, custom-scoped development and integrations using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration and IntegrationHub. You will also support project activities and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities: Identify dependencies within business and system requirements
Design ServiceNow applications, modules and custom solutions
Build and enhance platform integrations
Resolve complex issues independently




Coordinate assigned activities for on-time delivery
Requirements: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
Three to five years’ relevant experience or equivalent education
ServiceNow integration experience across listed technologies
Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer
Robust problem-solving, communication and consulting skills
Use platform consulting, integration and problem-solving expertise to support Cognizant’s ServiceNow delivery across remote Canadian assignments.
