Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Clinic Manager oversees efficient day-to-day clinic operations. You will implement initiatives, communicate programs, and collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and internal teams. The position supports a remote location and requires independent work.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily clinic operations and staffing levels
Lead initiatives affecting operations, staff, and physicians
Maintain supplies, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and IPAC standards
Oversee billing accuracy, rejections, reporting,



and physician payments
Support physician onboarding, EMR training, booking, and billing
Requirements: One to three years of clinic experience
Two to three years of management experience
Solid communication and customer service skills
Exceptional problem-solving and detail-oriented abilities
Leadership, adaptability, and confidential information handling
