Operate process equipment in Vylor’s on-site Lethbridge seed production operation, using automation, computerized systems, and rigorous safety practices.
As a Production Technician, you will support reliable seed production outcomes through quality plans, work instructions, data collection, and preventative maintenance. You will also contribute to warehousing, field, and harvest activities while supporting site safety initiatives. The position requires wide-ranging shifts throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities: Run process equipment while following company safety policies
Follow Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements
Collect production data for records and improvement projects
Support preventative maintenance and general repairs
Assist warehousing, field, and harvest activities
Requirements: High School Diploma
Ability to work rotating shifts and seasonal overtime
Comfort with computers, iPads, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Valid Canadian driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Support Vylor seed production through equipment operation, quality compliance, computerized systems, and hands-on safety-focused work.
