Support weekend campus safety through dispatch calls, CCTV monitoring, and security software at St. Clair College in Windsor. This is a part-time schedule.
As a Part time Dispatch Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will coordinate responses for guards working at the college. Your work includes monitoring access controls, answering multi-line security calls, recording incidents, and connecting emergency services with campus staff. Previous dispatch, call center, or security operations centre experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate guard responses to incoming security dispatch calls
Monitor CCTV feeds and campus access control systems
Maintain clear logs of activities and dispatch details
Prepare accurate incident reports for security operations
Provide customer-focused assistance to campus visitors
Requirements: Valid Class G Driver's License required
Legal authorization to work in Canada required
Strong multi-tasking skills preferred
Comfort using multi-line phone systems preferred
Security software familiarity preferred
Bring dependable dispatch coordination, security monitoring, and incident reporting skills to St. Clair College weekend operations.
