Killam Apartment REIT is searching for a Maintenance Technician in Dartmouth, NS. You will maintain, repair, and renovate residences while handling painting, trim installation, and general maintenance. The role requires knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, carpentry, and related tasks. You will participate in an on-call rotation and work within a team or under minimal supervision. Killam owns, operates, and develops residential properties and manufactured home communities across Canada. This position supports its Dartmouth team.
Key Responsibilities: Fit and install doors, stairs, molding, hardware, and trim
Maintain, repair,



and renovate residential units
Complete general maintenance and painting tasks
Participate in the on-call rotation
Perform other required duties as assigned
Requirements: Three to five years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, and carpentry
Ability to work within a team
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Bring residential maintenance, carpentry, painting, and repair experience to Killam’s Dartmouth property operations team.
