This management trainee program prepares future frontline managers within Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal. Over up to six months, participants rotate through call center, dispatch, car purchasing, sales, marketing, customer service, operations, systems, training, and health and safety. The program builds business knowledge through direct field experience and work with frontline employees. Trainees coach, mentor, and lead diverse teams while reinforcing safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Rotate through major functions and sites for up to six months
Develop understanding of vehicle purchasing, dispatch, sales, and marketing




Support customer satisfaction, service issue resolution, and client relationships
Learn yard operations, depollution, retail processes, and systems
Investigate incidents and contribute to corrective action plans
Requirements: Graduate of a college, university, or trade school
Five to ten years of retail or customer service experience
Three to five years of management experience
Solid professional written and oral communication skills
Open availability for branches operating seven days weekly
Build management capability through retail operations, customer service, coaching, and safety experience at Kenny U-Pull branches.
