The role connects purchasing, suppliers, vendors, maintenance, and operations while tracking tools, supplies, equipment parts, and PPE. Clear communication, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail are central requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate issues with maintenance and operations teams
Contact vendors for quotes and pricing
Monitor order processing and late supplier deliveries
Verify vendor invoice pricing against quotations
Assist with administrative work and assigned duties
Requirements: Two or more years of related inventory experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused
