Working under a Staff Nurse, you deliver basic care and services within your knowledge, skills, and competency. The role supports individual resident needs through bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, treatments, and activities. This is a casual position at AgeCare Glenwarren.
Key Responsibilities: Bath, shower, and wash residents using required procedures
Assist transfers with ceiling lifts, mechanical lifts, and belts
Feed residents and follow care plan diets
Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction
Escort residents to meals, therapy, beauty, and recreation
Requirements: Recognized PCA or HCA certificate course completion
Active CLHA registration
Fluent English communication orally and in writing
One year continuing care experience preferred
Post-secondary education considered an asset
Support AgeCare residents with safe personal care, transfers, nourishment, treatments, and mobility assistance in Victoria.
