RIMAP Hospitality seeks a Rooms Supervisor for the Housekeeping department at Moxy. You will lead housekeeping staff, maintain room presentation, and support the signature Moxy guest experience. The role requires cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, and hotel housekeeping standards. Supervisory or training experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily room inspections for cleanliness and style
Assign tasks and coach room attendants
Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies to brand standards
Resolve guest requests and issues efficiently
Coordinate room readiness with the front desk
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
Strong cleaning and sanitation knowledge
Experience supervising or training housekeeping staff is advantageous
Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
