This Dispatch Coordinator position connects customers, brokers, carriers, and logistics service providers throughout transportation activities. You will obtain shipment rates, select third-party logistics partners, expedite deliveries, and address discrepancies involving pricing, schedules, service levels, and documentation. The work supports dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods, and HAZMAT cargo.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary customer contact for freight coordination
Obtain shipment rates and select logistics service providers




Track and expedite shipments across assigned transportation activities
Resolve pricing, schedule, service, and documentation discrepancies
Verify PODs, BOLs, and carrier confirmations
Requirements: Three or more years of trucking or dispatch experience
Educational background in Supply Chain Management or Business
Customer service experience in a comparable work environment
Positive attitude and strong people skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
