As an Operations Officer, you will review applications for passport, visa, attestation, and legalization services. The work includes applicant queries, CRM data entry, cash transactions when assigned, and passport delivery administration. You will also support value-added services and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities: Scrutinize passport and visa applications and supporting documents
Capture applicant photographs and fingerprints for biometrics
Answer applicant queries and manage service-related disputes
Maintain application records and accurate CRM data entry




Coordinate passport delivery administration and logistics
Requirements: Ability to follow standard operating procedures without deviation
Accuracy handling application data and assigned cash transactions
Ability to complete tasks within mandated turnaround times
