This Customer Service Specialist supports Convoy’s distribution of roofing, building envelope, and below grade materials. You will guide customers through products and applications, process transactions, and coordinate order fulfillment. The position also requires generating supplier purchase orders, receiving merchandise payments, and following administrative and accounting procedures. Candidates should be self-sufficient, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to respond quickly and accurately to inquiries. Experience assisting with product procurement, particularly in building supply or construction, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery and pickup of customer orders




Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately
Explain construction products and their applications
Confirm purchase orders with suppliers
Participate in physical warehouse material inventory
Requirements: Experience assisting customers with product procurement
