The mid-senior Technical Writer documents research and development outputs supporting product quality, safety, performance, and compliance. You will translate scientific data into professional records for cosmetic, OTC, and natural products. Responsibilities span raw material assessments, risk evaluations, change control, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare R&D; impact assessments for changes and deviations
Develop risk assessments for formulations, processes, and equipment
Maintain raw material assessments and supplier documentation




Translate complex scientific data into clear documentation
Ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, and version control
Requirements: Scientific bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related discipline
Three to five years’ technical writing experience
Experience with R&D; assessments and raw material documentation
Exceptional attention to detail and written English
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Bring precise writing, R&D; assessment, and document control capabilities to Apollo’s research and development documentation programs.
