This in office Collections Analyst role supports timely payments and customer relationships across Uline’s North American company. You will resolve past-due balances, maintain account records, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer accounts through phone and email
Identify causes of past-due balances
Partner with customers on payment solutions
Document collection activity and customer interactions
Collaborate across teams to reduce aging and bad debt
Requirements: Fluent written and verbal English and French
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
