LCDS is hiring a float Direct Support Professional for multiple support locations. You will work with people, their teams, and families while planning supports, creating skill development opportunities, and addressing varying complex needs.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily living activities in homes and community settings
Foster independence and personal growth for people supported
Plan and oversee support provision with teams and families
Create skill development opportunities connected to life goals
Cover holidays and leaves across multiple locations
Requirements: Valid G or G2 license and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current NVCPI certification or willingness to obtain
Comfort providing personal care and attending medical needs
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
Bring compassionate support, adaptability, and daily living assistance to LCDS communities throughout Lambton County.
