As Plant Production Manager, you will coordinate harvest activities, daily facility operations, quality protocols, maintenance, inventory, and shipments. The position requires leadership experience, robust communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and production or manufacturing knowledge. Maizex Seeds, part of Sollio Agriculture, serves farmers across Canada through genetics, agronomy, and product support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage teams to achieve plant production objectives
Coordinate husking, drying, shelling, and bulk storage movement
Oversee grading, processing, treating, packaging, and warehousing




Maintain quality protocols across seed processing operations
Lead maintenance schedules and capital investment projects
Requirements: Three-plus years of leadership experience
Experience in seed production, supply chain, or manufacturing
Strong organizational, communication, and management skills
Microsoft Office and ERP application proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business Management preferred
