Key Responsibilities: Process and account for supplier invoices
Validate and reconcile transactions for accuracy
Follow up with suppliers and update files
Verify subcontractor documentation and regulatory certificates
Manage construction project documents and operating expenses
Requirements: Three to five years of accounts payable experience
Accounting training or equivalent experience
Rigor and robust organizational skills
Comfort with computer tools, particularly Excel
Fluent French and functional English for suppliers
Support accurate construction accounting through invoice processing, supplier follow-up, Excel, and organized subcontractor documentation management.
