Help CAA Club Group Members plan worldwide travel through sales, service, and client follow-up in a full-time onsite position. Brandon is the location.
As a Travel Consultant, you will deliver exceptional travel services to Members and non-Members. Your work includes promoting CAA offerings, supporting preferred partnerships, and maintaining current client records. CAA Club Group welcomes experienced consultants, new graduates, and candidates beginning travel careers, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities: Promote CAA memberships and related products, services, and benefits
Support CAA preferred partnerships and marketing initiatives
Monitor airline rules, visa requirements, and travel restrictions




Maintain accurate client records and files
Meet individual and team sales targets
Requirements: Customer service and sales experience of two to three years
Travel agency experience is an asset, not required
Travel and Tourism post-secondary education is a solid asset
Sabre familiarity is a definite asset
Availability during store operating hours Monday through Saturday
