As a Business Analyst, you will provide business requirements and context based on insurance distribution industry knowledge. You will produce formal requirements, guide features and capabilities, and support Equisoft’s core solution. The work includes documentation, process analysis, user stories, interfaces, and sprint collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in client, internal, and industry workshops
Document functional specifications with technical teams and clients
Translate unstructured requirements into detailed acceptance criteria
Create low fidelity wireframes and screen specifications




Support sprint questions, test cases, and priorities
Requirements: Technical bachelor's degree or college diploma
Five or more years in life insurance or similar roles
Strong documentation and requirements artifact development skills
Proficiency in user stories, process modeling, and elicitation
Fluent written and spoken French and English
