As a Retail Support Agent, you will support AMA Member Services Teams and report to the Assistant Manager, Member Services. You will complete membership, basic registry, and entry-level travel transactions while identifying needs and connecting members with qualified representatives. Robust communication, sales, and customer service skills support success.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding service and support to AMA members
Complete membership, registry, and travel transactions accurately
Process retail purchases including passes, photos, and gift cards
Provide backup for Member Services Coordinators
Assist with administrative, inventory, and cash-out tasks
Requirements: At least 18 years old with high school diploma
Updated Police Information Check required
One to two years of retail or administrative experience
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Commitment to learning and helping people
Bring patience, product knowledge, and customer service expertise to AMA’s in-office member support and retail transactions.
