Serve farm and small business Members as a Seasonal Tax Services Associate in Brighton, using guided software and daily in-person visits.
FBC hires for a full time seasonal position from January through April or May. You will manage a local Member book, collect documents, and prepare T1 returns from start to finish. Complex returns go to Tax Advisors, while useful FBC and Harvest services may be introduced.
Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned Members at homes, farms, or businesses
Collect and photograph tax documents using a mobile device
Prepare T1 returns in FBC guided software
Flag complex returns to Tax Advisors
Track mileage and monthly expense claims
Requirements: Valid driver's licence, registration, and reliable personal vehicle
Comfort with rural, remote, and urban travel
Confidence using tablets or laptops
Organization for schedules and upload deadlines
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Use your people skills, organization, and technology confidence to support FBC Members throughout the Brighton tax season.
