This assignment runs up to 12 weeks according to business and operational needs. The position combines courteous pickups and deliveries with accurate paperwork, package inspection, and customer communication. One year of customer service experience is preferred, but no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customers with information about Federal Express services
Keep customers informed about domestic and international requirements
Report sales leads and market changes to sales
Ensure proper labels, paperwork, and shipping materials
Enter accurate information into tracking and dispatch systems
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer-oriented approach to service interactions
One year of customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and qualifying driving record
Ability to demonstrate service and equipment proficiency
Combine customer communication, accurate documentation, and package knowledge while supporting FedEx Canada service on assigned courier routes.
