As a Finishing Operative, you will deliver the required finish across plastic components. The three-month temporary contract may extend, and offers eight-hour or twelve-hour shifts subject to availability. Transferable manufacturing or production experience is encouraged, alongside automotive backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities: Polish, sand and buff components to required standards
Check surfaces for scratches, marks and imperfections
Operate sanders, polishers and relevant finishing equipment
Carry out visual checks against product specifications
Keep the work area clean and organised
Requirements: Previous hands-on finishing or surface preparation experience
Experience using sanders, polishers or buffing machines
Ability to identify imperfections through visual inspection
Valuable manual dexterity and practical working approach
Automotive manufacturing experience is desirable
