As Housekeeping Supervisor, you uphold cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas while fostering communication and teamwork. You provide daily direction, demonstrate grooming and uniform standards, and train colleagues on cleaning procedures, amenities, supplies, and safety. The role also covers health, sanitation, chemical handling, safety checks, cross-training, and hands-on assistance when staffing or peak demand requires it. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and courteously to guest concerns
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation procedures




Train staff on cleaning and safety requirements
Conduct safety checks in rooms and staff areas
Assist room attendants during peak periods or shortages
Requirements: Minimum two years of hotel housekeeping experience
Solid attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
