The role requires dental procedures, treatment planning, and terminology knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and deliver excellent customer service
Manage calls, appointments, and daily scheduling
Coordinate treatment plans and appointment sequences
Explain recommendations, costs, and insurance coverage
Process claims, predeterminations, and payments
Requirements: Dental reception or treatment coordination experience preferred
Junior administrators will also be considered
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Confidence discussing treatment costs with patients
Support Cariboo Dental patients through organized scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance processing, and confident financial communication.
