This full-time, seasonal Associate Golf Professional supervises facility operations and outside services. The position supports tournaments, leagues, junior programs, and exceptional experiences for members and guests. It also offers structured succession and mentorship toward future Head Golf Career development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee outside services operations and staff members
Maintain customer service standards for members and guests
Control tee sheets, bookings, fees, and golfer check-ins
Coordinate League, Corporate, Member, and Junior Golf Programs
Complete cash handling, inventory, and closing procedures
Requirements: PGA of Canada Class A Member
Working knowledge of Golf Genius
Tee-On POS knowledge considered an asset
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Effective golf teacher and coach with program development experience
