Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a career in automotive sales? Northern Ford is looking for a Sales and Leasing Consultant who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:
Help customers find the right current or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

Explain purchase and leasing options alongside our finance team.

Follow up with inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and build lasting customer relationships.

Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and social media.

Work with the team to achieve sales goals and make every delivery a positive experience.

What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills.

A positive attitude, initiative, and a drive to succeed.

Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.

Comfort using computers, social media, and customer management systems.

A valid driver’s licence.

OMIVC or willing to obtain.

Availability to work weekends.

Automotive sales experience is an asset; applicants with sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
