This courier position combines pickup and delivery, shipment inspection, and customer communication. You will operate tracking and dispatch systems, follow Federal Express Canada service standards, and protect packages, vehicles, and equipment. The work may include loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
Load vans and plan efficient delivery and pickup routes




Answer questions about Federal Express Canada services and requirements
Operate vehicles and computerized dispatch systems safely
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
Good communication, organization, and time management skills
Successful completion of mandatory driver assessment training
Use protected driving, package handling, and customer service skills to represent FedEx professionally as a Casual Courier.
