Sienna Senior Living seeks a Resident Attendant who understands residents and their living experiences. You will support residents and families with courteous service, complete assigned care, and contribute to the home’s culture. Duties include alarms, resident transportation, housekeeping, laundry, and food preparation service.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with residents and their family members
Complete care assignments according to resident care plans
Respond promptly to resident alarms and calls
Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned
Perform other assigned duties within the residence
Requirements: Six months minimum experience in a similar position
Current First Aid and CPR training
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Willingness to work independently or within a team
Legal eligibility to work in Canada required
Support retirement living with resident care, family communication, and practical daily assistance at Sienna Senior Living’s Barrieview residence.
