As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend membership, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting while developing expertise toward becoming an Insurance Advisor. On-the-job training supports new concepts, products, licensing, and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person and by telephone
Promote memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance
Recommend coverage with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting




Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers’ future needs
Meet customer service and sales goals collaboratively
Requirements: At least two years’ sales and service experience
Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days
Autoplan Essentials completion or commitment within three months
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Valuable standing with the Insurance Council of BC
