The Manufacturing Engineer designs and monitors processes for recent and existing product lines while supporting production performance. Responsibilities include work measurement, time and motion studies, standardized criteria, production layouts, and process reviews. You will also investigate equipment, apply current best practice, and influence process implementation on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities: Balance work cells and production lines
Design production line and facility layouts
Conduct time, motion, and process review studies




Investigate techniques and equipment for manufacturing improvement
Educate production teams on process implementation
Requirements: Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering
Zero or more years of related experience
Experience with work measurement and standardization
Microsoft Excel and Visio knowledge
Familiarity with three-dimensional and two-dimensional CAD
Use production engineering, layout design, and manufacturing analysis skills to improve Ultra Maritime’s industrial operations.
