As an Analyst or Associate, you will support the Diversified Investment Banking group across non-resource industries and product groups. Work includes M&A;, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, valuation analysis, research, and due diligence. You will collaborate with deal teams on advisory and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financial analyses, valuations, and detailed transaction models
Prepare presentation materials and offering documents
Research company and industry dynamics across diversified sectors
Conduct due diligence for advisory and financing transactions




Support transaction marketing and execution with deal teams
Requirements: University degree in a business-related discipline
At least one year of investment banking or relevant finance experience
Robust financial modeling and quantitative skills
Strong analytical ability and written communication skills
Ability to manage priorities independently with attention to detail
