Support employee relations and HR operations at Baxter as an HR Generalist serving multiple client groups across the organization. Partner with leaders and employees on essential people processes.
As an HR Generalist, you will provide guidance across employee relations, employee development, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, and organizational initiatives. You will also help deliver enterprise HR programs, maintain accurate records, and address routine employee inquiries according to company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Advise people leaders on employee relations and organizational initiatives
Resolve routine employee relations inquiries under company policies
Administer onboarding, required training, and compliance requirements




Communicate HR policies and employee-related information
Maintain records and support reporting, compliance, and audits
Requirements: High School Diploma required; BA preferred
One-plus years supporting HR coordination or related functions
Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and related provincial requirements
Experience using HRIS and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple HR priorities and deadlines
Bring employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and communication skills to Baxter’s Human Resources Generalist team supporting leaders and employees.
