Shape client decisions through mineral resource reporting and technical advisory work with ERM, preferably from Toronto or Vancouver. This is casual, as-needed employment.
As a Principal Technical Consultant, Geologist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and Qualified Person under NI 43-101. The position requires robust geological interpretation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. You will contribute across Canada and international jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Qualified Person under applicable reporting standards
Conduct grade interpolation and validate resource estimation results
Prepare mineral resource estimation reports for clients
Strengthen client relationships and ERM’s Canadian technical footprint




Integrate resource evaluations with multidisciplinary global teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Geology or equivalent experience
Professional Geologist designation in a Canadian province
Six or more years of geological and mining experience
Experience with precious, base, and critical minerals
Experience applying CIM, JORC, NI 43-101, and SK1300
Use Qualified Person experience, mineral resource reporting, and stakeholder leadership to advise ERM clients across the mining sector.
