As Deputy General Manager, you will help lead a high-volume hotel operation and support THE PIG's ambitious hospitality standards. The role combines floor presence, staff development, cross-department organisation, and analytical oversight of costs and revenue. You will also deputise for the Hotel Director and provide operational continuity when required.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence on the hotel floor
