Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Content Strategy Advisor, this Specialist supports an analytics ecosystem for enterprise-owned platforms. The role provides tools, training, automated dashboards, and standardized measurement frameworks for team self-service. It also translates complex findings for operational teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain consistent data standards across owned marketing platforms
Enable teams through analytics tools, training, and dashboards
Translate performance data for technical and non-technical audiences
Guide content strategies for platform-specific messaging and formats




Partner with media buyers and content creators on optimization
Requirements: Degree, diploma, or equivalent education and related work experience
Demonstrated experience in digital analytics or related roles
Familiarity with analytics, email, social insights, and visualization platforms
Ability to analyze segmentation, user behaviour, and engagement trends
Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and collaboration skills
Combine analytics enablement, data interpretation, and communications strategy to strengthen measurable channel performance and audience-focused outcomes.
