This Business Analyst, Workforce Strategy position serves as an analytical subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management. You will design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG and business intelligence tools. The work supports UKG enhancements, testing, adoption, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as UKG Workforce Management analytical subject matter expert
Design advanced UKG reports and operational dashboards
Maintain analytics within UKG and BI tools
Support UKG enhancements, testing, and adoption
Prepare executive-ready dashboards and insight summaries
Requirements: Five to eight years in workforce analytics or labour optimization
Hands-on ERP Workforce Management systems experience
UKG Workforce Management experience preferred
Advanced Excel capability
Power BI or similar BI tools preferred
