This Manufacturing Engineering Technician provides technical support to engineering and production staff. You will create manufacturing documents, implement process changes, and assist with root cause analysis. The work supports composite components and assemblies within STELIA North America, an Airbus Group affiliate.
Key Responsibilities: Write manufacturing and rework plans and work instructions
Implement engineering changes and coordinate build process updates
Optimize production flow for program deliverables
Develop CAD/CAM applications for robots and CNC machines
Support defect analysis, corrective actions,



and process validation
Requirements: Diploma or degree in relevant engineering technology or technical field
Minimum one year of engineering or manufacturing experience
Experience with composites or aerospace manufacturing processes
Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T;, schematics, and technical data
Proficiency in M365 and CAD/CAM, such as CATIA or Mastercam
