Apply civil design and project coordination skills with EXP as an Intermediate Civil / Municipal Engineer in Western Canada. This full time role is hybrid.
Support EXP’s Civil Engineering Infrastructure team delivering municipal and civil infrastructure projects for public and private-sector clients. The position includes engineering design, project management, multidisciplinary coordination, and client-facing work. You will contribute across planning, design, documentation, approvals, and construction support.
Key Responsibilities: Complete civil and municipal engineering analyses and designs
Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Support water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway, and transportation projects
Coordinate designs with disciplines, municipalities, utilities, contractors,



and stakeholders
Assist project managers with scope, budgets, schedules, and controls
Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
Professional registration or eligibility in Western Canada
Relevant consulting, municipal, or civil infrastructure experience
Experience preparing civil and municipal engineering deliverables
Strong technical writing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bring civil infrastructure design, coordination, and documentation expertise to EXP’s Western Canadian municipal engineering team.
