Key Responsibilities: Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
Allocate budgets, manage bids and refine audience targeting
Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
Maintain conversion tracking through GA4, tag manager and pixels
Own roadmaps, client narratives, retention and account growth
Requirements: Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Experience building, running and optimizing campaigns personally
Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Transparent spoken English for live calls with United States clients
