Key Responsibilities: Participate in client, internal, and industry workshops
Document functional specifications with clients and technical teams
Translate user stories into structured requirements and acceptance criteria




Create wireframes and detailed screen specifications with UI experts
Support sprint questions, test case reviews, and planning
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
Five or more years in life insurance or similar roles
Solid documentation and business analysis technique skills
Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Organization, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
