Support security compliance and information monitoring as a Toronto Pearson SeMS Compliance Officer with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Help maintain airport security systems.
Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Performance Management, this Officer supports GTAA’s Security Management Systems initiatives. Responsibilities include administering the SeMS framework, monitoring government publications, gathering security information, and maintaining records. The position also contributes to risk assessments, audits, exercises, and operating procedure improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and administer the SeMS framework
Monitor government publications and external security information
Maintain security management system records accurately




Support security risk assessments, audits, and exercises
Study complex drawings for aerodrome security concerns
Requirements: Knowledge of ICAO Annex 17 and GTAA security standards
Knowledge of access control and vehicle access systems
Ability to logically present data for process efficiency
Ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a D/A Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
Apply aerodrome security knowledge, compliance monitoring, and data interpretation skills within GTAA’s SeMS workplace.
